*No parties or events. Guests are responsible for any fines due to noise, trash, or other issues.

*All amenities—including the BBQ, firepit, pool, exercise equipment, and outdoor seating—are enjoyed at guests’ own risk.

*Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please use the provided ashtrays and keep all doors and windows closed.

*Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During quiet hours, be mindful of the neighbors.

*Guests & Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please inform us in advance if you plan to invite additional visitors.

*Plumbing: Only toilet paper may be flushed. Trash cans are provided in the bathroom for all other items to prevent clogs.

*Parking: Please park only in designated areas and avoid blocking neighbors’ driveways.

*Pool: Please rinse off sunscreen, lotions, oils, and sand before entering the pool. These products can affect water quality and the filtration system.

*Pool Safety: For everyone’s safety, please do not dive, perform flips, or do any acrobatic moves in or around the pool.

*Starter Supplies: A welcome kit is provided at check-in with essentials (shampoo, bodywash, detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels). If additional supplies are needed during your stay, guests may replenish them as needed.

*Propane: We provide one propane tank as a courtesy for guest use with the BBQ during your stay. If an additional tank is needed, guests may arrange a refill independently.

*Pets are welcome! A pet fee applies per pet. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly, and please keep pets off the beds and furniture.

*Check-in: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM; early check-in may be available; fees may apply

*Check-out: before 11:00 AM; late check-out may be available; fees may apply

*Communication: If you need anything during your stay, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help. Please report any issues or damages promptly so we can address them quickly.

*BBQ or oven use may have a cleaning and maintenance fee

*Firewood service available for a fee

*Excessive mess or damage may incur additional cleaning/replacement fees
