「House was very clean and the rooms were a great size.」

「We went for Miami Open Tennis Finals and the place was about a 25 min walk to the event. The host was very responsive and the place was nice, clean and comfortable. There were 3 of us. The only suggestion which I already shared with host is to make sure that the security deposit amount is clearly listed. My security deposit ended up being more than my total stay for 3 nights so I essentially got charged double before staying. Aside from the lack of clarity of steep deposit during initial booking...

「The pool was clean and excellent, but there was a constant hum and drone likely related to cleaning and heating that be experienced through most of the house. The space was excellent in amount and distribution , but the furnishings were not quite up to the same level of quality. Beds are soft/not especially comfortable . The furniture for sitting was too low or too high and somewhat wobbly at outside counter. The shades were ineffective for keeping light out. Exceptionally clean with rare bug...
