「Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...

Room is very clean, there is no mold or dirt at all. There are lots of amenities such as shampoo, body soap, body moisturizer, cotton pads and cotton buds, and hand wash.

「Fantastic property with excellent service by all staff. Lovely breakfast, cool and nice rooftop bar and restaurant; we tried Italian happy hour and coclktails and it was superb. Room very spacious and well equipped. Only con was that you need to book and pay yo use the small roof pool. Very nice area though no walking distance food or drink or shop options」
