「We stayed before Christmas. The decorations and street environment was amazing! There was a huge Christmas tree in the square that played a song every hour. We walked to the dock to board a ferry to Capri. The meeting spot for day trip we booked to Amalfi and Positano was a block away. Excellent staff very helpful and pleasant! 」

「fabriques(sheets on bed, towels)are new ,also the room is lovely.it is located central in sorrento. very convinient for go out to central or capri island (8min to pier on foot)but no space for parking if you don't callu to the hotel in advance and the wall in the room is thin so sometimes i woke up with noise from outside.but totally lovely hotel I think」

「We didn’t have breakfast but the staff was super friendly, helpful, nice. They even are willing to drive you down to downtown sorrento at a meeting place and pick you back up. The room was clean & comfortable and a great size. Parking was tight but we rented a car and had no issue parking. They ask to have your keys just in case they have to move it for you. We couldn’t be happier with the staff. The best!」

「We stayed in a junior suite. There were some slight problems in our room, but the staffs solved all properly and promptly. All staffs are very friendly and most helpful. The room has a big balcony with great ocean view. Perfect for holidays to spend all day here enjoying the ocean view!!」
