"Really good for our family. The room was almost two rooms which made it perfect with a bed either side. Breakfast was good, loads of areas so not too busy. Location was perfect. Staff were great. Pool is a bit basic but ok. "

"We arrived just before 12pm and placed our suitcase into the concierge which is excellent. We did this as we could not check in until 3pm and therefore went sightseeing into London for the day. When we came back at 8.30pm we found our room was still not ready as they had not placed a bed for my daughter in the room which was requested prior. The staff took another 60 mins to put a bed into our room so our daughter couldn't go to bed when she wanted to. The staff apologised but it came across like we were in the wrong in how they spoke. Nothing provided to us to apologise for this inconvenience. In addition our hotel window was broken and the air con didn't really work so the room was very hot. The hotel views are amazing and the location is great for tourists looking to explore London. However the hotel does look tired and does need a revamp. "

"We booked a room for three with the executive lounge buy up. That includes free breakfast, drinks from noon until 9:00 and snacks from 5:00 to 8:00. It’s a great deal. The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and the hotel is in an excellent location. Transit stops are so close, and plenty of stores near by. Three Tuns across the street is an excellent pub choice. The breakfast was crowded and the coffee machines wear often broken, but the food was great and there were plenty of choices. Overall a stay week worth the cost. "
