I felt very comfortable, safe, and take. care of here as a solo female traveler. I definitely recommend getting the deluxe room and will plan to be staying here again. It helps the food downstairs at the pub is great too!

I booked this last minute when another hotel booking fell through. All I knew was that I liked the area it was in and needed a place to sleep but I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice and cute it was. Highly recommend for solo travelers!

The stars and service question and rating are subtly skewed as the hotel itself the staff was phenomenal and top tier. However, the restaurant staff on property for Luciano by Gino D’Acampo was utterly horrendous, waited 45 minutes for water refills and only received because I got up to ask for them, not much was done at all about the issue other then restaurant management making excuse of being short staffed, but she couldn’t be bothered to check on us or anyone else knowing that? We received a 20% discount upon checkout and lodging a more formal complaint in the lobby. We had reservations for two months and made it our last meal in the UK and couldn’t had been more disappointed or let down. The hotel nice, their restaurants, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Excellent location. Easy access from LHR. EASY tube to all London.

Clean and quiet. Wonderful breakfast. Wonderful women working the breakfast. Very kind and helpful. Always smiling. Great air conditioning and elevator! Loved that I was able to fill my water bottle everyday in the lobby. Thank you! Will recommend to others!
