"Check in was quick, the room was really clean the window was facing a wall which wasn’t nice and I didn’t like the small space between the two rooms as a lone female even though there was a light! The evening meal was lovely including the staff and the gym was quite clean and well equipped"

"Curtains didn't close properly so no privacy and blinded by the sun in the morning. Air con not working so boiled alive all night at 28degrees. Probably used to be a nice room years ago. Not sure who they used as a painter and decorator but a 5 year old could do better. Missing lampshades and generally shabby. Under a flight path so every 10min get that delight from 6am."

"Nice bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Very reasonably equipped, minus the fact that there was dish soap but no sponges to clean kitchenware. The staff were always very cordial and online customer service was reasonably fast. The lounge areas made the stay truly amazing. Small area for improvement: adding AC in the gym and paid/free soap dispensers for the laundry rooms."
