The room was not in basement, but ground floor rooms have less top window which you feel as it is in basement. I would feel horrible if the days were really hot. No air conditioners.

My room had a gorgeous view of the English Channel and the entire room and bathroom felt like you were staying in a top spa accommodation. Breakfast was of an array of nice choices. I will come again with my family!」
