"I usually stay at Hard Rock but this time around we stayed at Resorts. After reading some reviews I somewhat skeptical of the property and what it had to offer. However, our room was clean, spacious, and I would definitely stay here again. I checked in online and got a text right away saying that my room was ready, but a check-in fee may apply. I went to the front desk and if I got the key is before 2 PM they would’ve charged a $25 early check-in fee. At Hard Rock if your room is ready early they will let you in without charging you. The pool was nice and warm and since I was there for a bachelorette party it was nice that it was adults only from 2-6 but if I had my kids with me I would be upset with those hours. If you get a players card parking is free…another added bonus. I love their seasonal pop up bar…so much fun! Price wise you can’t beat this hotel. I paid $240 for one night at Resorts and a room at Hard Rock was going for about $500. Can’t beat the hotel. Looking forward to our next visit. "

"Made a reservation, yet my room type and location wasn't available when I checked in. Not sure the point of a reservation. The room I ended up with was a good size, but not completely clean. Elevators always worked, which was appreciated and we never had to wait long for one. The adult pool was disappointing with only 1 hot tub open, no chairs available and only "reserve me" spots. The upper deck was closed but no rope was up. The family pool was disgusting and looked to never been clean. Hair floating everywhere. Just totally cloudy and gross. The escalator was broken leading to the crossing bridge to the parking garage during check out, which was really inconvenient. And what is the point of the "EXPRESS checkout kiosks" if they make you go to the front desk anyway?!?!!! Stood in a long line with over 12 people while 8 kiosks remained completely empty. ABSURD and STUPID! "

"The staff was so friendly and helpful, every time I had a question when walking through the resort the staff was able to assist and help. The indoor golf was a lot of fun. There are plenty of different options to eat as well. The hotel room itself was clean and up to date. Great view from the room as well, we were on the 11th floor. The indoor pool area was also nice and clean. "

"There was no view in the room that i had and the windows were frosted so you couldn't see out. The heater in the room was malfunctioning and made the room extremely hot until matinance came to fix it."

"My main issue was with the elevators just dirty. There were 4 elevators for the parking garage only 2 of the 4 were working. One had a group of people stuck on it because the door didn't close all the way. the customers were able to force the door open to get out. i sure the. phones work in them "
