Loved the location and the secret garden on floor 7. Fantastic view from our room on 38th floor. Room was beautiful and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Appreciated the Lemon Drop cocktail on arrival. Would stay again.
We stayed here on September 18th for our wedding and we absolutely loved our stay. From the time we checked in, we were met with friendly and kind staff and that meant alot to us. Our room was stunning and so was our view. We can't wait to visit again.
The hotel was beautiful the staff was very friendly. We had a room near a service elevator and it was so loud. The room was very comfortable despite all the noise
very beautiful, clean facilities. Pool was lovely. Pool a bit over crowded in the afternoon with people with day passes, but overall, great experience.
This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The rooftop pool was such a vibe and the room was everything!!! From the choices of lighting fixtures in your room to the mini bar! I would highly recommend.
This was a wonderful stay. I’ve lived in Philly for years, but I am now visiting my family, and This was amazing. The staff the food, the valet everything was great.
Overalll we had an excellent stay. The hotel is well located. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The staff were friendly and for the most part attentive. We did have a poor experience in the lobby bar. The bar was pretty quiet and we took a seat at one of the tables. No one came over to wait on us. After waiting 15 minutes and still no service, we left. We mentioned this to the front desk who were helpful and they compensated us with free use of our minibar.
