"I used to love the Claridge but it’s starting to go down hill. It’s a mildew smell, urine when walking the halls and it’s old. I understand this is a historic hotel but it’s just to many issues! The staff don’t seem to know anything and you wait hours for housekeeping. The bedding is old and the curtains. They barely dust in the rooms. The Vue bar on rooftop floor is nice and the restaurant food is okay. "
