Very roomy and as advertised. Not an updated place but as long as you set your expectations for that, it’s a super place to stay. Lots of equipments in the kitchen. Close to the beach, a block from a couple coffee places and restaurants. It was quiet and dedicated off street parking.

Joe, the homeowner, was easy to work with and quick to help when we locked ourselves out of the house. The home was very spacious and comfortable with great views of the waterway. Came down to celebrate some birthdays and hotels were a fortune. Found this listing and it was perfect location, quiet neighborhood, few minutes from casinos. The owner of the property was so nice. Ventnor Beach Gem!

This was our first time to the area and Joseph's home made it a perfect trip! First of all, he's an excellent host and extremely responsive. The home is stocked with all the essentials and has lots of space for a family. It's also pet friendly which is a must for us! Being right on the water was so great, Joseph even had kayaks and other water toys for us to use. We even caught some crabs for dinner in his crab pots! It's just a short walk to the ocean and was just the perfect spot for us. Highly recommend!

This property is somewhat dated, but clean and comfortable. Watched fireworks from the living room window. Not as close to beach as others, but certainly doable. Host is friendly, helpful and inviting. Couldn’t find bath towels at first. A list of informative items would be helpful, such as location of important items like beach tags, bath towels and extra garbage bags, Beach Parking info, etc.

Fantastic View!

We had a great weekend stay! The view of the water can't be beat! Proximity to Ventnor's beautiful beaches, local coffee shop, ice cream parlor and more made it so we really did not have to drive once we parked in designated spot (x2) in front of the garage (we drove to Margate for dinner one night and had a delicious meal at Barrel's) Joe was very easy to communicate with and happy to answer any questions we had. A deck off the living room would have been ideal; however, we made the most of the floating dock in the rear of the house. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Joe's place to family and friends!
