「My apartment was a converted loft area. If you are tall you hit your head on the ceiling. It is a well equipped apartment and clean. Good Metro connections lines 1/2 on the door step. Overall good value for money for short stays」

「El estudio es maravilloso. Muy bien ubicado, pero lo que realmente hace memorable la estsdia es la calidez y la atencion dr David, preocupado en todo momento por nuestra comofidad. Nos dejo un colchon adicionsl, bombones de recepcion y un hermoso cartel de bienvenida, mapas oara nuestra ubicacion en la ciudad. Madrid es muy bella, pero lo que realmente la hace ecplendida es su gente, la cordialidad y empatia, de la cual David fue digno ecponente. Lo recomiendo y seguro regresare, hssta pronto」

「The property was good and as described. However gaining entry was pathetic. Photo of outside of the property was completely misleading and not helpful. Communication with Experia was a complete disaster and impossible. Person I spoke to either didn't understand written English or was deliberately obstructive and not of any help. When pointing out that I was having trouble finding the entry point all they said was they can cancel but I would not get any refund. Kept insisting that I didn't want...

「The apartment wasn’t very clean, there was still towel hanging on the back of the door, stains on the linens, the sponge for washing dishes looked used . The stove doesn’t light up , and the WiFi didn’t work. Tried to communicate with the Hosts but nobody bothered to text us back .」

「Extremely nice host, answered all questions in a timely manner. The apartment was perfect. Very clean and perfect for 4 people. Neighborhood was quiet as well. Overall, wouldn’t change a thing!」
