hidden gem

totally impressed, responded immediately to requests, Nuria is such a great asset , friendly and just an all round pleasure to deal with. the area itself is close enough to the Metro to get anywhere but far enough away from the tourist area that its peaceful. We will be back

Madrid stay

Viva Madrid

Unit was clean and pristine. Carles allowed us to check in when we arrived in Madrid at 10am. Great location, easy access to underground transportation, 1/2 hour from airport.

Excelente estadía

Hermoso apartamento con todas las comodidades y facilidades. Cocina bien provista, todo nuevo y muy limpio. Son dos habitaciones más living-comedor, cocina y patio. Todas los electrodomésticos y utensilios son nuevisimos. Muy bien ubicado a 200 metros de la estación de metro Valdeacederas que conecta en 15 minutos con Sol o Gran Vía. Tiene salida muy rápida a M30, es decir que contando con coche en pocos minutos se accede al piso y se sale hacia cualquier punto también muy rapidamente. Cuenta con plaza de garage propia a 40 metros. Lo unico a lamentar es que no nos quedamos más días. Volveríamos sin dudas. Muchas gracias a Carlés y a Nuria.

Excelente Apartamento

Estuve con mi familia disfrutando del verano de Madrid. El apartamento está localizado muy cerca de estaciones de buses y metro. Donde te puedes mover muy bien por la ciudad. Todo correcto, muy bien equipado y con excelente atención por parte del propietario. Esperamos volver pronto y quedarnos en el mismo lugar por más tiempo. Recomendado.

Quelques jours à Madrid

Gîte très bien situé avec stationnement intérieur à proximité (3-5 min. à pied) et facile d’y accéder si besoin. Sinon les visites du centre et des vieux quartiers de Madrid se font très bien à pied et l’accès au métro du gîte n’est aussi qu’à 3-5 minutes à pied. Lieu très propre et bien équipé, beaucoup d’espace intérieur et extérieur (sur la terrasse). Nous étions 3 adultes et avons bien apprécié le fait d’être près du métro pour aller visiter et revenir après à l’appartement et avoir l’espace pour bien relaxer et se reposer. Merci Carles.

Very clean and comfortable

The check in process was done with the help of Nuria. Without her we would have never found the garage. If you have a car make sure to ask for her help in finding it. It’s about a 5 minute walk away back behind a gas station. Getting into and out of it is tricky if you have a larger vehicle but it can be done - I promise. You will need to provide paper towels and a dish sponge if you will be doing dishes. And all condiments if you will be cooking. Some VRBOs have this stuff stocked but this one is perfectly cleaned out. There is a Dia a few minutes walk away so you can stock up there. The apartment was in a good location to visit many attractions in Madrid. Would stay here again if ever I was in Madrid again. Thank you!
