"The room was beachfront and the view was beautiful. Every morning there was a beautiful sunrise! The ferry to Mackinac Island was a 4 minute walk which was very convenient so we didn’t have to drive and pay for parking. The room had been upgraded and was very nice and roomy. It was clean but it could use a deep clean. The hot water was a little tricky, a couple of times in the early morning (6:30) it wasn’t hot but wait awhile then it was hot. I tried calling the front desk to get more towels and didn’t get through to anyone but I did finally get more towels. When I checked in the staff was very friendly and when I stopped in to talk to them they were friendly and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights and we did enjoy our stay there. Overall for the price and the location I would stay again."
"The hotel is hands free as far as staff is concerned. Completely automated. They send an email with the room code as a room key to get into the room. We didn't talk to anyone.
The room was quaint, clean, and comfortable. The bed was good. Very convenient to the places we went to on the area. Thank you."
"Staff was exceptional and available, clean property lived the kayaks and campfires/s’mores every night. Breakfast was very good and fresh and cleaned continuously. Great proximity to ferries and downtown. "
