"Beautiful lake location! The lake view, beach and deck were lovely. This house worked well for us. The yard is large but know that the geese love it too! Lots of goose poop to clear daily to make a path to the water. The house is large and quiet but could be improved with some additions such as night tables, working lamps, umbrella stand etc as well as some outside cleaning and furniture upgrades. Kitchen is great and well stocked. Two laundry rooms and refrigerators were a bonus!Maria was very available and had to help us with repair issues which she did in a thoughtful manner. We had a great time here!"

Perfect set up for our family of four (and furry pup). Exceptionally clean and convenient to both downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs (and the walking/bike path). Super close to Petoskey State Par, too. And we loved the Petoseky Brewing Company (across the street) for food and drinks. We will be back for sure!"
