"The Carriage House was perfect for us. Conveniently located on the Little Traverse Wheel Way. Very nicely furnished with a great kitchen, appliances and utensils, new washer and dryer, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. We rode our bikes every day and explored Petoskey, Charlevoix and Harbor Springs. The host management was perfect as was the check in/out process. Also a very nice outside deck and grill. We loved it!"

"The condo was as represented and very clean when we arrived. The AC was on so when we entered the condo was nice and comfortable. Which is very considerate as it was hot and humid and having to move in to hot place would not a great experience. So we started off in a cool place and comfortable time our whole trip. "
"This homes setting is magical! Close to conveniences.like Walgreens, Culvers & gas station. But feels like a private oasis on the lake! Next to the bike trail...walk to Petoskey Brewery. House is squeaky clean! Very spacious and comfortable! Artwork & decor are gorgeous! Just minutes to Petoskey state park and town! Highly recommend!!!"

Location was perfect for us as we golfed several different courses throughout our stay. It is on a busy road but generally quiet at night. We will be repeat visitors. "
