Regarding staff the desk clerk in the afternoon when I checked in was very unfriendly. But , the man overseeing the breakfast was wonderful ! He made up for the desk clerk. Overall I had a great stay .

Bill was very welcoming and had the place all ready to go. We ran into some internet issues near the end, but Bill was quick to respond and went above and beyond for us. The place was so cute and close to town, would love to visit again!

Not modernized, but somewhat expected.Place was clean and lake view was a little restricted but still captivating.Bathrooms for each bedroom was the main reason for our renting of this home.Location was within walking distance for restaurants, shopping, etc.Hosts we’re responsive, 2 of the 11 bathrooms ...

Great little city.
Went to watch Iceman Cometh mountain bike race, 30 miles of trails from Kalkaska to Traverse City. Over 5000 riders/racers competing for prize money and trophies.Very exciting!
Many great local restaurants!The Charlevoix Pizza Company has amazing thin crisry crust chicken bacon ranch pizza. Pig's Eating Ribs has great shakes and bbq with sides. Smoke on the Water has great breakfast. Sour cream and lemon curd pancakes.
We went to Charlevoix for the Applefest. Even though the weather was less than ideal, everyone we met was open and friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves and plan to visit this event again in the future.
We went to a wedding at the farm.
