Stayed here over the weekend with my husband! We frequent Mackinaw and this was our first time staying at this hotel. Very nice hotel and the staff were extremely friendly. The waterpark area could use some cleaning and upkeep, but other than that the place was wonderful and very convenient! Would deff stay again!

Staff was great. Very helpful with the broken microwave. Waterpark good for kids 10 or under. Lots of chlorine. Rooms were ok. Very worn. Could use updates. If you like a super firm mattress this is for you. Location was great!!

I love the out lay of the rooms . The staff was wonderful. Love the pool options. The only thing I could say it that someone left a shirt behind in one of the drawers and some food. Other than that the place was clean. We also were able to see fire works the town puts on for the summer so that was nice. I love ataying at crown choice hotel in mackinaw city.

Staff was amazing. Room was really nice but could use a little work. The shower handle was broken and tub didn't drain well. 2 bags of trash were in the room when we arrived. Water park was alot of fun but a little out dated. Overall we had a great time though.

Check in was great! The Staff was friendly. Upon entering our room, it had this strange smell. You can see there’s water stains on the wallpaper. The furniture was not cleaned and dust off. I feel like the bedsheets were not cleaned. There was hair on the bedsheets, literally all the 3 beds in the room. I couldn’t sleep at all, my party and I did our best to survive the whole weekend with an unclean and outdated room. I really hope this hotel can be upgraded in the near future as attractions and restaurants are near by.

Property needs updates- bathroom door creaked when closing, had to lift up, chair upholstery worn and dirty, hallways notably outdated and no more breakfast area but room was clean and we enjoyed the waterpark and beach at sister hotel Good location- coupon for breakfast buffet very nice Should advertise free fireworks every Saturday night across over the water - very nice

The staff were great very helpful they checked us in very quick but after the drive that was nice they showed us places to eat and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time For the rooms and the amenities they need a little updating and some repairs but other then that they were decent and still had a great time I will definitely will stay again in the future
