"We loved the location of this property- SO close to downtown and very walkable. The downside was that the alley behind the house is home to large dumpsters that had a LOUD garbage pickup at 5:45 and multiple deliveries around that same time. The windows are not sound proof and they were loud enough to hear over our sound machine.
