"今回初めての滞在だか先ずロケーションが良く全て行き届いたホテルです。周りが静かで治安も良い。朝食のグレード、サービスも最高で又次回もこのホテルで決まりです。"

"We arrived at the hotel in the morning, and they kept our luggage until the check in time. I hope that we could have some slippers and pajamas in the room."

"The corner of the shower booth was cracked, and water overflowed through the gap, leaving the floor completely soaked. The body soap bottle was empty. I asked for a bottle of water to be brought to my room, but it never arrived. The towels and pillowcases were dirty, with what looked like footprints on them. I was very disappointed because my previous stay was excellent, and this time the experience was significantly worse."

"マーブルアーチ駅、ポンドストリート駅どちらも利用できて便利でした。 バス停もホテル前、マーブルアーチ、セルフリッジから近くたくさん利用しました。 ホテル内には、スターバックス、コスタコーヒーもありました。 ロビーには水やアイスティーの無料サービスもあり、良かったです。 マーク＆スペンサーも近く、地下の食品売り場でパンやサラダなどの食品も購入できます。 スタッフは普通に感じ良かったです。 コンシェルジュは白人の男性はとってもフレンドリー、別の1人は挨拶もなく無愛想でした。 またロンドンに行くときは宿泊候補にしたいと考えています。 "
