"This is a real discovery! A large room with lovely and eclectic furnishings, many conveniences and real character. It was clean, comfy, and had a remarkably complete kitchen. I would never stay anywhere else in downtown Philadelphia. The continental breakfast was above and beyond!"

While there is no concierge, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, instructions were clear and easy to understand, and I received quick responses to any questions. "In town for the Eagles game and the Canopy provided us with everything we needed. The hotel itself is modern and clean. Friendly staff at the desk and bar. Close to shopping and tons of dining options. Block away from Reading Terminal. Short walk to the subway to head out to the stadiums. Highly recommend and we will be back."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Communication was top notch, the Loft was awesome . The only thing I would say is if you need entertainment bring a laptop or tablet there are no tv’s in the loft, the WiFi was great though. We needed to be close to the Convention Center and it only took us about 10 minutes to walk there and Reading terminal. I would absolutely stay here again . Much better than a hotel!"

In particular, Teran at the front desk was so helpful and kind with a lovely smile, Edgar at Bank + Bourbon made dinner seamless and fun, and Ms. Bullet at bag check with the cool pink glasses is an absolute gem. Loews went above and beyond to make the logistics of traveling for a volleyball tournament easier. And the restaurant offered great whole food and plant based alternatives. Thank you! "
