"Beautiful one bedroom rental. Great communication prior to check in with contactless, easy check in. I felt perfectly safe in the building. The apartment was roomy and spotless. Very clean, comfy bed, coffee maker and TV. Bathroom has a great showerhead. Kitchen is sparsely outfitted- not really equipped to cook but perfect for microwave reheating. There is a convenience store right next-door for anything you need. Will definitely stay here again. Great location. "

It's a wonderful location and it is so cool to stay in a hotel that feels like a gorgeous old house in this wonderful city, rather than in a corporate-feeling hotel. 10/10 you guys! Well done!! "

"Roost was awesome, but people do smoke in the building. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect to go to Reading Terminal Market, nearby shopping, the Liberty Bell and museums!"

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Communication was top notch, the Loft was awesome . The only thing I would say is if you need entertainment bring a laptop or tablet there are no tv’s in the loft, the WiFi was great though. We needed to be close to the Convention Center and it only took us about 10 minutes to walk there and Reading terminal. I would absolutely stay here again . Much better than a hotel!"

In particular, Teran at the front desk was so helpful and kind with a lovely smile, Edgar at Bank + Bourbon made dinner seamless and fun, and Ms. Bullet at bag check with the cool pink glasses is an absolute gem. Loews went above and beyond to make the logistics of traveling for a volleyball tournament easier. And the restaurant offered great whole food and plant based alternatives. Thank you! "

"Great overnight visit began well with the valets’ helpful curbside greeting. Check in was smooth and courteous. Room was in perfect condition, clean, with nice beds, comfortable bedding and pillows. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet before walking to see the Liberty Bell. A perfect overnight having decided to stay in Philly after the Flyers game driving back to Vermont from North Carolina. "Extremely clean room, worth every penny! Beautiful hotel decor. The spa tub was just what I needed. The views were exceptional. I could see Independence Square, The Liberty Center and Liberty Bell from my window. Just outside of the hotel was The National Constitution Hall. Friendly staff. Valet was super nice! The wine hour was a nice touch. The Red Owl Tavern onsite was perfect. The drinks were delicious and the food was good! Very convenient. The Stratus rooftop was nice, but was out of...
