「Convenient and good location. 」

「The location and space of the apartment were really great. So much of it worked perfect for our stay. However, there were some things missing or that could be improved. For starters, towels were provided but no wash cloths. The arrival instructions were inaccurate, the message said the key would be in the lockbox outside of the building but it was not in there. It wasn’t until the second day of our stay that I received a message with where the key should be. Thankfully we already figured it out...

「We enjoyed our stay, a few things overall didn't work quite the way they should but nothing we couldn't work around. Host was responsive while we were there and it is a fantastic location, especially with 3 teens. I would stay there again!」

「Access to the home was easy. Codes and keys were explained well. The home was very clean. The host left plenty of sleeping accomodations, dishware, towels, and other items which were nice.Its in a seemingly nice part of the city with quick access to many different places. 」

「The apartment appears to have been recently renovated and is fairly well put together. There is street parking available in the vicinity, but be sure to check the signs. There are several relatively easy improvements the host could make to improve the property, though: 1. Replace the couch - saggy in the middle and with springs popping up on either side 2. The door to the bedroom doesn't close 3. There was only one towel (bath towel). It would have been nice to have a wash cloth and hand towel...

「Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

「This property was extremely clean and well-maintained. It's updated and fully functional. We were comfortable with 3 adults in it. It was pet-friendly with a small yard to take th dog out for a quick walk.」
