"Beautiful one bedroom rental. Great communication prior to check in with contactless, easy check in. I felt perfectly safe in the building. The apartment was roomy and spotless. Very clean, comfy bed, coffee maker and TV. Bathroom has a great showerhead. Kitchen is sparsely outfitted- not really equipped to cook but perfect for microwave reheating. There is a convenience store right next-door for anything you need. Will definitely stay here again. Great location. "

"I arrived at 4pm on a Tuesday and found many available free street parking spots. The neighborhood is fine, safe; I walked to the Penn area for dinner and back without concern. Check-in is super easy and quick. My suite was spotless and quite large. This is a great, affordable option for visitors to Penn and/or Philadelphia."
