「Fantastic location at the end of a quiet cobblestone street. Perfect walkable location just outside of Rittenhouse Square. The property is a larger studio with a large bathroom and living/sleeping area. Will definitely book again!」

「Washington Ave is convenient to access Delaware Ave. So as Broad St. to go around Philly. The place was just right size and clean. The parking spaces on 3rd floor to our room had a quiet distance. If there are roading space in 1st floor at the parking building, it would be convenience. 」

「We booked this room for our kids and surprised them. They loved it!! It's definitely an experience and the place was very cute. Place had comfy beds and pillows and each room had it's own TV. It had cute Instagram-able rooms and the ball pit was a hit. Location was great, easy to get to a lot of things and right around Chinatown. Only a few minor issues, the couch was not comfortable and dining table had only two stools so we used the two other chairs but since it's not high stool level, parents...

「This property was beautiful! It looks exactly like the pictures!!!! It was clean and so well put together! The owners attention to details were the perfect extra touches! She had air fresheners in every room! Spare tooth brushes with the cutest little tubes of toothpaste. Make up towels! A cute little bag of candy waiting for us on the counter! 「What a lovely spot to land in Philadelphia. In town for a conference in central city, I loved how walkable it was to restaurants, shops, and landmarks. And the amenities in the apt made my stay easy. You can hear the apartments above you pretty clearly, and the outside alley was loud. So if sound bothers you, this may not be the spot for you. 」
