We just returned from a completely magical stay at Guild House Hotel. When traveling, love staying in places that are connected to the city rather than in cookie-cutter corporate hotels. Everything about this hotel exceeded my wildest dreams- it is gorgeous, comfortable, and centrally located. We will be back and I’ll be dreaming of Guild House every day until we are!

Hotel itself was great — clean, spacious, stylish decor, good vibe. There is no one on site, no check-in desk, no concierge, but they were responsive over text, gave precise instructions for getting into the room, etc. BUT there were several belligerent homeless people lingering just outside the hotel. And it’s incredibly loud at night from the surrounding bars and clubs! Obviously not the fault of the hotel, but I would hesitate to stay there again…

Great neighborhood with a lot of restaurants! Beautifully decorated with historic charm. Amenities were really wonderful! Just wish there was the presence of staffing, but staff was very attentive before and during stay!

Beautiful and unique hotel

Really loved this hotel. The room was beautiful and unique, and it was more spacious and better-priced than a lot of the chain hotels in the area. The invisible service model was actually pretty convenient, "checkin" was super easy and they text you all the info you need. The bath products and snacks were really good lol And we were pretty amazed by how quiet it was, considering we had a first-floor room literally steps away from the Superbowl crowds on Broad Street.

Beautiful accommodations with great amenities. Very spacious and comfortable. Virtual management very responsive. There is no elevator, so make sure you are comfortable with stairs and check what floor the room is on.

Quiet luxury with a historical touch

Unique in an amazing way. Each room is named and curated based on a trailblazing woman from the past. The whole experience is steeped in quiet luxury from the French press coffee with local pastries in your room to the lounge with sparkling water on tap for your personal glass carafe. Perfection in an understated way.

This was one of my favorite hotel stays ever. Luxurious, stylish, comfortable and with meaning behind it. Can't ask for more! I feel I was able to enjoy myself, rest, get inspired and learn something new. You can't really get that from a lot of hotels. And amazing water pressure :)

It’s a gorgeous boutique hotel with an inspiring story. Inside you have everything you need for a luxury stay. The bed and shower are AMAZING A , can’t saw enough about. The decor, even better! But. The parking is crazy expensive and the area is kinda sketchy. You’re probably fine, but your chances of getting mugged aren’t exactly zero, so if you’re staying there, arrive by daylight.

Wonderful, but cold

My experience overall was really wonderful. However, the only issue was the bathroom heater did not appear to be working and it was literally an icebox to the point where you could not take a shower in the room I did mention it to management and they said they had had other complaints and would look into it. Overall, however, wonderfully located beautifully decorated, and I will definitely go back again.

Beautiful property. I love that there’s no front desk, so no waiting in line to check in! The hotel is in walking distance to really nice restaurants and coffee shops. Walkable neighborhood and the septa station is right around the corner. I stayed here for a concert at WF Arena. I felt very fancy at this hotel I’ve never stayed at one that provided robes lol. Definitely worth a visit. And the staff is literally always a text away.

The Guild House Hotel is a smart, historic, and novel treat in a bustling city. I enjoyed the easy, tech-forward “invisible service” that made the entire property feel open to little ol’ me. I particularly enjoyed using the tap room where I could fill up, to my heart’s content, provided-bottles with sparkling or still water. The luggage dumb waiter makes the stairs less intimidating, while the generous kitchenette was a nice and helpful touch. During the stay, I felt at home while away.
