My family of 7 ( 5 adults, 2 children 5 & 6) stayed at Aulani in November. As we arrived we were greeted outside and we all received leis. We had a 2 bedroom villa. It was so roomy, plenty of room for the 7 of us. Do not upgrade to an ocean view cause I believe all 2 bedroom villas are ocean view. When I booked, it said garden view but my was an ocean view over looking the garden (which was beautiful). It was a perfect time to go, no crowds! I pre-registered the kids & singed them up for...

Lots of fun water activities for families. Beach and wonderful lagoon for ocean swimming, snorkeling and paddle boarding. Service is excellent. Pretty good restaurant options onsite.
Only weak spot was the room, which was ok for a high quality resort. Also they don't have daily room cleaning service, only a "light" clean every other day, which is annoying.

Seriously, there was no reason to leave the hotel, outstanding luau & dinner. Lots of activities all day long for kids and adults. Views were fabulous (mostly ocean or golf course). Hotel is on the beach. Our standard room was a full apartment! Quiet, we could not hear our neighbors, even though they had kids. Staff was extremely attentive. Full laundry in room & housekeeping services that cleaned your dishes! We had full availability of being able to work from our room. User friendly wifi & usb...

Amazing amazing amazing! The hotel is located right next door to Hilton Hawaiian Village. The unit and lanai is huge and includes a large room with king bed and full living room. Kitchen has sink fridge stove/oven and lots of appliances. We got the ocean view facing the Hilton and could see diamond head and the lagoon. The other sides either face the marina or the city. The hotel has multiple shops in the lobby and several really nice restaurants. The roof top Empire steak club was...

Newer Hotel in Hilton Hawaiin Complex. It is very beautiful and clean. The staff was always very helpful. There were plenty of restaurants and shops. The fireworks on Fridays are a must!
The beach is great but it is tough that you have to pay for a chair and umbrella.
Overall I would recommend the hotel if you are going to Oahu.

Great hotel for families! Really convenient walk to everything, beach, restaurants and shopping. The staff were really nice and hospitable! It was a trip back home I needed when I visited my sick Mom. The stay at Imperial was definitely calming and worth it! Definitely my go to next time in Waikiki!

Great location, within easy walking distance to International Market Place and Waikiki Beach. Pool and patio area adjacent to lobby has lots of shady trees, and is a nice place to hang out and eat take out from one of the many restaurants in the vicinity. Room was comfortable and I loved having a balcony to sit out on for my morning coffee.
