「We were so happy with our recent stay here. From the booking process to checkout out everything went great. The pre-arrival emails were so helpful and check in process was smooth. We love the location as we have stayed at this building many times as well as Aulani and the Marriott property next door. The lagoons and pool were fantastic. 「I give it 3 stars because of the communication with host. I requested an ocean view room at the beginning of reservation, a month before trip and two weeks before. The host stated they would put in the request with Marriott, but it was not guaranteed because it was on what was available. Two days before we arrived Marriott sent me confirmation that we were getting a Mountain View. I called to confirm with Marriott. 「Do not use fall for this scam! We rented 3 bedroom (as advertised) and paid a crazy amount but did because we thought our family would all be together and we wanted to stay at the Marriot Ko Olina.
