「施設は古いが、ホスピタリティは高く、アットホームな雰囲気。居心地の良いホテルでした。おそらくこのホテルよりも後に近隣の物流・港湾の施設が出来たため、ホテルの場所がわかりづらいですが、昔はとても落ち着く場所にあったのだろうとそそしました。」

「お部屋は広くて、普通にきれいでした。ごたぶんに漏れず空調が効き過ぎ。細かな調整はできない。 一番最悪だったのはバスタブがないこと。ないのです。シャワーだけです。最低です！　いろいろで冷え切った体を温めるすべがありません。３晩もバスタブなしは日本人にはきついてす。バスタブのある部屋に変えて欲しいとお願いしましたが、「どこの部屋にもない。」と断られました。部屋まぁ、いいホテルですが、次からは選びません。バスタブがないことを表示して置いて欲しいです。」

「不満だったところ：室内に電話がない、エレベータがない、階段がふきっさらしで、雨だと濡れる。 満足だったところ：部屋からの景色が素晴らしい、スタッフが親切、ウォーターサーバーで水を汲み放題、部屋が広い。」

「部屋が少しコンパクトでしたが、アメリカの部屋にしては明かりが明るく良かったです。 炊飯器をリクエストして、用意をしてくれてたのですが、中のお釜が入っておらず、古いタイプのものと交換になりました。 近くにスーパーが無いので、車で15分位の所に買いに行かなければならないので不便です。」

「台所のコンロのスイッチがやや不良 風呂のお湯をためると、水になる バスタオルの交換が一回入り良かった」

「部屋もロケーションも最高 3階でエレベーターもなくポーターもいないが大きな荷物に対してエンジニアが対応してくれた 」

「チェックイン後、お部屋に向かいましたが廊下が暗くて少し心配になりましたが部屋は綺麗に清掃してあり快適でした。 ただ、シャワーが固定の為子供をいれる際悪戦苦闘しました。 あと、3泊したのですが2日目の夜エアコン吹き出し口から3分おきに水がドバーッと漏れてきて連絡しましたが、メンテナンスの方が来られるまで1時間近く待たされたのは⤵︎でした。」

「Beautiful and peaceful cottage on the river and 5 minutes from the beach. Very comfortable bed and woke up to a palm tree breeze every morning along with a rooster reminding us it was time to get up 😊」

「Could not get over the view. The resort was gorgeous and the balcony showed it all including the beach. The room was basic but fit our needs. Plenty of towels for the two of us for beach and home. The pool and hot tub were great. The beach on the property was not great. Not for swimming, but nice to walk down and listen to from our room. Did not love the resort daily parking fee. It was as much as our car rental and because the property was secluded you had to pay it. Location was great tho....

「When we arrived the TV, internet and wifi weren't working. Rocco quickly resolved embryonic in a day. So overall, everything was very good.」

「We had a great stay for 7 days. We loved being able to sit on the lanai and watch the ships and harbor activity. The condo had everything we could possibility need including quite a few pantry staples and condiments. Very traditional Hawaiian style home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」

「This is the perfect stay for your Kauai vacation. The room was more spacious than the photos give credit too and the fridge was perfect for storing water and cold beverages. This room is clean and carefully appointed and the Outrigger property is lovingly maintained and met all of our expectations and then some. 「This is an older facility but kept in good shape. The grounds are beautiful, but the rooms are pretty average. Great view of the ocean and pools from our room on the 5th floor. The beach is wonderful for walking but not recommended for swimming due to the coral. If you’re looking for a beautiful location in a relaxing and quiet environment, for a reasonable price, this is a good option. You’ll spend more than double for a room with this kind of ocean view at one of the bigger/newer resorts. My...

「Resort property is beautiful. Only complaint I have about the resort is that the pools are freezing. Everything else was great. The room was nice and I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the fridge. It is bigger than a standard hotel size fridge. The bed mattresses feel old but not the end of world. The view from the balcony is awesome so that was nice. I have one request that would have made the room even better, two beach chairs in the closet. This room is a solid 4 out of 5 stars.」

「The location is great, close to the airport, hiking trails and beach. Room is nice and clean. Check in and out was easy as was communication. No early check-in though...per front desk they need to stick to check-in time privided by owner, not really a big deal, just thought some people may find that helpful. Thank you and Mahalo!」
