Receptionists and butlers are welcoming and helpful. We loved the valet skiing services. The staff are so accommodating and helpful. Overall we all enjoyed our stay very much. "This is just perfect!!! Has it own perfect beginner slopes and the set up with the rental and lockers is 5m from the chairlifts !! Food is ok with a couple of really good highlights including some amazing sashimi scallops...on the dinner buffet "

"Property was in good repair. Food staff were helpful when i didnt know enough japanese to do it properly. Walking around the city there is a fish smell, due to being a fishing village. Not much in the way of public transport. "
