「スタッフの方が皆感じが良く、常に笑顔で接してくれました。 朝食ビュッフェ担当の方も毎日いろいろと声をかけて下さいました。 ランドリーの場所を聞くと、洗剤と柔軟剤のシートを頂けました。 部屋は清潔でとても快適でしたが、敢えて言うなら、シャワーが可動式だったらもっと良かったです。」

「Staff was not willing to help out even when I was being respectful and looking for solutions… and there was actually no problem, he just didn’t want to help. He said he’s been “18 years working there”, but it looks like he still needs a lot of learning in how to treat customers right and FIND SOLUTIONS. Place wasn’t nice anyway, I could only get $6 from $69 for a room… When he was not being nice and plus he decided to cancel the reservation saying he’ll make sure I receive the money back.」

「とても清潔で設備も満足、スタッフの心遣いも良かったです。」

「外観、部屋、設備は新しくとても綺麗。 可笑しかったことは､正面入り口が見当たらず､ここで良いのかなと思う裏口のような所から入場。 ここは観光地から遠く､田舎のような物音一つない静かな地区。目の前に中型スーパーマーケットが有り､夕食用食材とお土産をたっぷり購入できる。部屋に電子レンジや冷蔵庫が備わっているので便利。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで難しい質問がなかったので英語が苦手でもホッとしました。ホテルはオーランド空港からは約1時間､ケープカナベラルまで50分､無料高速道路で空いていました。ロイヤルカリビアンクルーズを利用するためが決めてでした。もちろんレンタカー利用です。」

「The pictures in the add were false. There weren’t any gardens or suites. This is a bare bones motel. It is clean but there are no amenities. There is a coffee pot but no coffee. There was a refrigerator but no ice cube trays. One towel and one washcloth per guest and a teeny bar of soap. No one in the office —had to call a number and then someone came to give you your key. Steep outside steps if your room was on the second floor. The only mirror was above the sink. Very disappointed.」

「Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff, parking was great and plenty of spots and rooms were very clean. Had no issues and would stay again when in town visiting family.」

「泊まるだけの目的で利用するには良いと思います。私はディズニークルーズの前泊で利用しました。以前のレビューでダニがわいていたとの情報がありましたが、私が泊まった限りでは何も問題はなく、清潔度は普通だと思います。スタッフは気さくで良い人たちです。あえて人には勧めませんが、あの辺で安宿を探す一つの候補に挙げても良いとは思います。」
