"I am not hapoy with a backed up tub and then when I bring the GIANT HAIRBALL to the front desk, I am told, “oh sorry about that”. How does a hotel do that and then just say sorry so flippantly? "

"Never anyone at the front counter after the GM leaves for the day at 5pm. Called ahead three times within two weeks to let them know my flight comes in late that I will be in after midnight. I was assured everything was taken care of. To get to the hotel once again and be stuck in the lobby for over 40 mins trying to contact someone by calling the number at the front desk which goes straight to voicemail. Called the emergency department for hotels and they called the guy that was supposed to be on duty that night. Once he got to the lobby he threw the door open and began screaming “I have auditing to do” blah blah blah. I said “well we called several times and was assured that this wouldn’t happen again yet it did. Then he charges me AGAIN for almost $500 and gives me a receipt with a line on where my signature goes. At this point I was very exhausted. Get to the room which has a full kitchen but no plates, pans etc you have to buy everything at the front desk and no accessible coffee machine. I will never go back to this hotel. Gave them two opportunities and both they failed with horrible customer service. "

"Room linens were all old. Missing conditioner. Water pressure for the shower was lowest. Beds were smelling a bit. AC was set at 64 and it was too cold. Breakfast was a joke. Not fruits at 7:30am. It was pretty bad for the price. I would ask for a refund."
