「If you can afford any other hotel please for the love of god stay there. I would rather stay at the Bates Motel instead of this tish hole. After a long hard day working at Harewood House food festival we arrived to check in at 8pm to be told we had to pay to park in the hotel car park (like they didn’t charge enough for the crap room to cover the cost of this and they certainly don’t put that money to the upkeep of the hotel) We have stayed in many hotels but this by far is the worst. 「Very nice staff, very clean room, nice clean bathroom nice shower over the bath plenty of hot water good water pressure, 2 small bottles of shampoo and body wash and a small bar of soap towels provided. Nice room with desk and chairs the bed was comfortable. Not enough power points to charge your phone/laptop/watch no USB points especially difficult if two people have items to charge at the same time maybe bring an extension lead/plug. Car parking is charged and expensive especially if staying...

「イギリス滞在11日間のうち、最初の2泊で利用しました。ヒースローから鉄道・バスを使ってのハワースへの移動はなかなかの長距離でしたが、バス停からすぐのロケーションで、スムーズに到着できました。 もちろん建物は古いですが趣があり、丁寧に手入れされて清潔で、不自由は感じませんでした。階段は狭く急なので、大きな荷物を持っているなら不便かもしれません。 朝食の選択肢も多くて、選ぶのを楽しめましたし、ボリューム十分で美味しかったと思います。 オーナーやスタッフの方々も気持ち良く対応して頂けました。 周辺エリアは…ハワースは小さな所で、どうしても不便だと思います。 ハワース滞在やフットパス散策などが目的なら最適な宿だとおすすめします。」

「Clean but dated room. Had trouble with noisy neighbours and the night porter tried to sort it but wasnt to be....however the manageress Gillian was great sorting a free replacement stay. 」

「Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...
