The hotel was full of character being a Listed Building and The Manager, Tony, gave us a wonderful guided tour of all 15 the bedrooms and the spa in the cellar (which was beautiful). Dinner was absolutely amazing - plus one of the best Full English breakfasts I've ever tasted.
