「Arrived at 5pm to find out that food wasn't being served, despite booking a table and receiving no prior warning. Hotel/pub was also cold and empty. When we tried to check in, we were shown to a room which hadn't been cleaned or made up since the previous guests had vacated and was freezing cold.
