"Lovely lady checked us in at reception, really helpful. We were only on an overnight stay so didn’t have breakfast which we felt at £30 was expensive. Room was lovely and clean and the bed was the most comfy I have ever slept in ! Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend "

"The room was full of clothes moths. We reported this to the staff who didn’t seem to be interested. The carpets, particularly in the communal areas were dirty and worn. "

"All was great except for the room. The Staff were really lovely and dinner and breakfast were great. The car parking was fine and convenient to the rear entrance. The room was Room 12, right at the top, on the 3rd or 4th Floor. It was not the room we saw when booking on line at Hotels.com as that room had 3 beds in it. The single beds were very small, there was no chair and only 2 hangers, no wardrobe. The main thing however was the smell !!! We eventually found out it was coming from the drain in the shower, so even with the velux window in the bedroom open it was overpowering."
