10/10 Excellent

"Can not fault this hotel. We stayed here whilst going to the F1. So close to all places we needed to be. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so helpful and polite. Couldn't do more if they tried. I needed a fridge in the room for medical reasons and they sorted that for me. Fan in the room was a nice touch too as its was a hot weekend. Comfy bed, I could have slept in for sure if we werent up and out early. Best, most varied, breakfast ive had in a holtel for a long time. We will be back to stay again and I will recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you Kents Hill for having us."

"Decent location, good parking and a nice overall look to the hotel. Breakfast was decent but they seemed a bit understaffed. Rooms were nice, a bit dated but clean. Staff were friendly but struggled to help with a few things. Was slightly annoyed they weren’t showing the World Cup even though they had special deals for it at the bar / restaurant."
