「I selected this hotel because of the ratings but honestly, I’m not sure if they stayed at the same hotel I did! When I checked the staff was okay, but when I checked out the man who “helped me” could hardly hear a thing, and he wasn’t very helpful or gracious about answering my questions. Then there was the room. The carpet was dirty, the mattress was worn out (ie: the edges completely sunk in) and when I went to put something into the microwave it was full of someone else’s food!!
