My only complaint this time - was I called after booking-3 months ahead- to make sure we had a downstairs room with 2 queen beds - and when we arrived at 1030pm I was told there were no downstairs rooms! 「Bed and pillows very uncomfortable.. staff never made the bed in the morning. Hotel appears old. Morning breakfast was good and main lobby very nice.」

「Convenient location, nice rooms.」

「Enjoyed our stay.」

「Great stay」

「Great staff and very clean. My only issue was with Expedia not notifying the hotel in a timely manner @ my reservation booked 7 days prior. Hotel was notified the day of arrival and the room I reserved was not available.」

「Professional staff, very kind , informative, pool was great」

「Room was larger than most, staff very helpful, small problem with the bathroom sink drain was addressed immediately and fixed the next day. Will use Best Western again!」

「Breakfast was on point and started on time.」
