「The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained`. Everything worked, bed was super comfortable, and the on-site managers were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Great security, ample parking, close to everything. It was our first stay and we will definitely be back.」

「Price is very good. Nice pool. Rooms are acceptable, but smells , so you'll need to put the a/c on high (bring a sweater). Let me say it this way, if you need a place to just sleep and want to save money, this is the place. If you want a place to socialize, think twice!」

「At the time of making the reservation and the time of check-in, the hotel does not disclose their policy to only change bed sheet only once every 4 days. Had this been revealed, I wouldn't have made the reservation or checked in. This omission is intentionally misleading the public」

「The ambience was great. The room we were in was on the small side. Room was very clean, Desiree did a great job. Room lacked outlets around the bed had some just not enough to accommodate chargers. Needed an additional small table under the TV to allow for personal items. Soundproofing not good between the rooms however the Hacienda is a lovely historic property. My advice would be study the size/layout of your room before you book.」

「There was a mix up with our room but was quickly adjusted and staff went out of their way to help up and get us to where we needed to be. We were very close to the pool and area restaurants. 」

「The staff are wonderful here. The outdoor pool was closed because it was cold in March when we were there. They had an indoor pool which was nice. The beds were not comfortable at all though. It was a rough nights sleep for two nights here. We will not stay again unless they update some things and enforce the resort standards regarding what they allow their guests to do on the property. The rules are loose to say the least. I would want to stay there with my young children.」

「The motel is pretty average and the price is reasonable but the unbelievable location and beach access is worth it alone. You basically have the beach to yourself unlike up the road in Clearwater beach where you can't turn around without running into someone. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.」
