「The property was very clean but we did have trouble with the cooling system and reaching a comfortable temperature for our preference. The host was extremely nice and quick to respond. We did need cream and sugar for our coffee, and perhaps more coffee had we had cream and sugar but the host did offer to reimburse us if we purchased any. 「My family rented this unit for a special weekend and were unable to make it due to illness. The host was very gracious when I asked for an alternate date that wouldn’t affect his rental potential. He gave us an alternate date , and although it did not fit into our plans in the end, he was willing to at least try to accommodate. It was appreciated. 」

「I loved being there. There were a few minor things I didn’t bother to complain. The seal is gone on the bathroom tub so the water was not staying full for a bath. The AC in the bedroom was taken out the day we got there so we had to leave the bedroom door open to keep it a comfortable temp in the room.」
