"EXTREMELY clean and comfortable home. Everything we needed was right there. Our stay was perfect and we enjoyed every minute of it. Gated community and home has a security system for peace of mind. Pool area has plenty of space for sunning and swimming. Quick trip to shopping and restaurants. Convenient access to major attractions and highways; about half way between Orlando and Tampa. Only drawback is normal Florida traffic and the HOA installed speed bumps, which are outside of the host’s control."

"I don't know why there were negative reviews because the moment my family and I arrived at this home, we fell in love! It was clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed everything about this place. Yes, there's only one TV, but the house made up for it. The host was great he responded promptly and was very polite. He even called to check on us. There was an incident when one of the kids bumped into the statue by the door and broke it. We're willing to cover that if the insurance doesn't. Next time I come back it'll be with my bestie If you're thinking about reserving this house don't think twice, it's worth every penny"

"The pool was murky and dirty our entire stay were not able to use it at all come to find out the pump was broken the photos online of the outside of the property are misleading as well. There’s been some communication with the host but not very happy as we planned this home for out vacation for a pool "
