「The house was very clean and nicely decorated. All appliances worked great and the neighborhood was very quiet」

「Stay was great except for some people staying in a room down the way. They acted like the parking lot was theirs and were rude when a family parks in front of their room. Mind you parking spaces are assigned and one space per room. They had their crap strewn across three parking spaces. I could have said something to the host but was there just two day. Had I been staying longer I would have said something.」

「I found dead bugs in the kitchen ceiling light. The front door was dirty. After a spring shower, the entrance pavers were dirty. This is part of a duplex. The neighbor’s dog barked every time I walked past their window, which was required to get to the parking lot. 」

「No longer provide coffee in room - must go to dining room. It is free, but very inconvenient. They have two machines that only make coffee when you put in your “order.” So you will wait during busy times. I booked two rooms and put notes to that effect on BOTH reservations. Still weren’t together at check in. Limited parking. Lot totally full when we returned in the evening. Had to park in adjacent business parking. That’s not okay. 」

「No ice machine, no vending machines, cero amenities.」
