"Check in was too late . The room had stuff left in the refrigerator. All the soap was low close to empty. Old rolls of toilet tissue. Pool wasn’t open when I was there. "

"Every thing is perfect and especially for the kids. There are a lot of activities and fantastic displays. However there is no representative to speak to on sight for any questions. And you’d think well I’ll just dial zero on the hotel room phone for a question and no, no phone. Check in was by a guard at the shack and check out was automatically done. So I’d say fantastic otherwise. But no clerk is just kinda odd. They leave a flier in the room to call a number or text another number. The call number was no answer x2 and the text number did answer my question. But again found that to be odd. 30 bucks a day for parking added fee. Pirate Restaurant was great. "

"My family and I stayed one night and it was amazing..very clean from top to bottom..the staff was amazing..the breakfast was awesome and the morning manager was very patient, polite and helpful she treated us with so much love aa well aa the gentleman that worked the front desk that night and the one we had a pleasure of meeting the next morning. Just so much warmth all the way down to the breakfast staff..thanks for an amazing one day stay..I highy recommend."

"Parking was easy and right outside the room. Didn’t use the pool. Room was clean. Two negatives: office was locked when we arrived around 4pm. Had to use an outdoor phone to have someone come and check us in. The traffic from US 27 right outside was very loud, as was the air conditioner. "
