Have stayed here a few times rooms are clean, beds comfortable and staff is super friendly and helpful. Spend alot of time in hotels and only a few on list of places we come back to regularly this is on that list

Room was clean, staff was great. For the price, I can do without the 5 star Hotels that charge an arm and a leg. I'll stay here in the future I'm sure.

The apartment that we was staying in was amazing. It was clean and nice. The staff was amazing and understanding. Great customer service. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This place was horrible. Looked nothing like the online pictured. Smelled of beer and cigarettes. In a very unsafe location. We checked in, saw the condition of the room and checked right back out. The room had no dresser but substituted with a file cabinet. Had a broken office chair in the room. Would not recommend this place to snybody.

The property is sold mostly to long term renters and hard to get in touch with the front desk. They dont put blankets on the beds unless you ask for one and other people were smoking in their room and it was traveling through the vents to our room.

It was obvious that the property had undergone a total renovation. The room was very dusty with drywall dust. No remote for TV, hostess had to retrieve a remote from another room. There was a windowpane missing made room feel unsafe, there was tape covering window opening. Not enough towels available in the room, had to ask hostess for another towel. There was a dirty washcloth left in the shower, no toilet paper and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. No trash bin in the room.

I am in this room now. 1:30 am. I was so tired when I arrived. I put on the heat and noticed right away all in the room was one sheet per bed. Okay. It’s Fla I can deal with it and l will put the heat up a little bit. I wake up a few hours later. It is freezing cold. Heat doesn’t work. Toilet doesn’t flush. I asked where the ice was. No ice. I am a single female. It is 1:30 am I am not leaving this room. I hand towel in the bathroom. Concrete floors. Dirty. I do not know how this place is receiving such high reviews. They should pay you to sleep here.

No heat stayed on a very cold night no heat no hot water next day hot water but leaned against wall in shower wall moved in very poor renovations - and most of all no toilet paper make sure you bring toilet paper and tissues for nose and only 1 small pillow per bed no blankets only sheets bring a blanket too

Room was sketchy at best, was hacked together. Not your typical hotel room not really ready for people to stay in. Also several people living here on permanent basis!
