Facilities under renovation and workers are loud no fault of their own however made relaxing at the pool or in the room difficult. No continental breakfast available on site as far as I know as well as internet access. "

We stayed because it was so late at night, but the AC struggled to cool the room that night, and when I woke up the next morning, I saw several live pests and decided immediately that we would not be staying "

"Check in at 3, we got there after 5 and room was not ready. Finally got a room 40 min later. Room was clean, strong lemon scent which died down later that evening. We were on the 6 floor. The next morning could not shower there was no water on the 6 floor. Staff apologized repeatedly but no compensation for no water or late on check in."
