「We loved this place! It was perfect for all of us! It was nice and clean as well!」

「The only recommendation is to inform better the employees about ticket information. We have left our tickets on the table after breakfast and went back ask multiple people if they saw and envelope left on the table and no one did. I also call the phone number on the key card and no one was able to help. Then we decided to go back to the park and buy new tickets and when we told the attendant that we lost the tickets, she look in the computer by our name and was able to find them, checked that...

「The room was full of dust and bugs tv didn’t work the covers smelled and so did the room. There was bugs in the shower the towels were dirty thank God I brought my own.」

「Don't be fooled by the pictures they have online. The room I had did not have panel flooring it was carpeted. Also extremely moldy and very humid. The air conditioning units do not have dehumidification so please keep that in mind. They did provide service for my room daily which was nice because I didn't ask for it. The door locks also we're very difficult to use. Overall not bad for what I paid.」

「The 1st lady at check in seemed to have a problem with English but she called someone (who came within minutes) who was fluent. The internet was wonky. It went in & out. I couldn't get the tv to work but this was certainly operator headspace. I didn't ask about it because hubby was listening to stuff on his phone. The A/C was off when we arrived but very quickly cooled off. Bedding was very comfortable. It was a good deal for the price & we'd stay again.」
