「This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful. 「Everything was amazing the accessories were great. Location is right near a beautiful walking park that showcases Winter Haven. Host was very clear and detail orientated. 「Walked into our cottage, when you see sheets covering living room furniture, there is at auto air freshener sticking out of the a/c vent, and one hanging in the closet, when you go in the bathroom the ceiling is covered in mold. Did have clean sheets and towels. One positive thing was water pressure and hot water. I will never stay again 」
