"Desde que llegué me trataron excelente. La limpieza fue diaria, los desayunos buenísimos y la localización fantástica. Pude lavar mi ropa y llevármela limpia sin salir del hotel. Les recomiendo uber para ir a Busch Garden y comer en Jum Jum. Ese restaurante fue maravilloso."

"The customer service representative you checked me in was amazing she explained all about the property the breakfast buffet in the morning and she was just very welcoming. The room was clean and it was a very nice room. The fact that they had a back door access and my room was very close to the back door and I have mobility issues it was so easy to get myself out of the car and walk in and not have to walk all over that big hotel."

"Great location, secure self parking, helpful staff. Rooms were clean and functional, but don’t expect fancy, high-end touches. Great value for your money though, I’d return for sure. We didn’t try on location restaurant as there are plenty of options nearby."

"We’ve stayed here before and like the hotel’s location relative to the places we like to walk and trolly to. Also their hotel staff and breakfast is always great. During this particular stay though, we ran into some remodeling that is currently going on in and around each floors of the center atrium area which frankly wasn’t a big deal. What did become a genuine inconvenience was when 2 to 3 out of the 4 elevators were consistently out of service during different times of our 3 day/ 2 night stay. We got lucky most of the times getting into one but on one occasion, we ended up walking down 19 flights of stairs after waiting almost 20 minutes. The one working elevator was full every time by the time it came up to our floor and it didn’t help that there was also a convention going on the same weekend we were staying there which I know exacerbated the elevator issue since the hotel was at full capacity, yet all in all, it was a very pleasant stay so we’ll be back again to stay at the Hilton Embassy Suites in Downtown Tampa in the future. Btw, their on site restaurant called Taste was a big hit for us on our second night. The burgers, dogs and fries were great."
