"As soon as I entered the building there was a nice refreshing smell. The hotel was clean. I love the floors, no carpet, which was good since I have bad allergies. The staff was great."

"Staff is great, very friendly. However: Only 2 bath towels For 2 people, husband had to use hand towel for hair. A $3 price on a sign on water with each bottle saying "free for special members but for "all other guests " $3 for a bottle of water, that's already in the room I find rude. "

"The staff are very friendly except the guy at night check in, he was a little rude and argues but the rest was very friendly to our family and very helpful. Air conditioning was very low though can’t feel the cold air upstairs bedroom. Breakfast is not the best as only cereals, oatmeal and pancakes but it’s fine with us as we’re not a morning eater, but hot breakfast would been great to add on. Overall experience was good. Amigo and the brown gentleman who works all around in the morning with his wife was amazing, very friendly even with his little English but he tried to communicate, he even helps us bring our stuff downstairs as he saw us struggling bringing them down the stairs."
